Together We Deliver Community Focused Infrastructure

TWD has partnered with two of Ontario’s largest housing agencies who provide affordable geared to income housing units to support the effort to build strong and inclusive communities.
Our collaborative goal is to evaluate the safety, reliability and code compliance of the electrical systems and components in the housing units as the electrical infrastructure is past its expected lifespan.
TWD is conducting arc flash studies with infrared thermal scans to assess electrical equipment condition, identify excess heat, detect system overloads, and pinpoint defects per the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. A prioritization list for the replacement timelines and associated costs will be provided to the housing agencies to enhance community infrastructure and improve energy efficiency.
By working with housing communities, we’re able to provide customized solutions that prioritize resident safety, power reliability, and energy management. Our team is excited to bring our expertise in electrical design and power systems to benefit our local communities.
