Ethanol Production Plant

Since 2007, TWD has been steadily building our workload at several Ontario facilities focused on providing engineering services in the production of specialty alcohol products in renewable energy, agriculture, and chemical manufacturing.

TWD has provided project management and engineering services in support of numerous sustaining capital projects. These projects offered a strategic avenue to enhance the overall performance of ethanol production facilities, ensuring optimal output and adherence to industry standards. Over the years TWD successfully completed distillation column upgrades, fermentation system upgrades, control room upgrades, building code reviews, piping upgrades and installations, waste water treatment plant upgrades, filter installations, process engineering and optimization and capital cost estimating. These improvements not only boost production efficiency but also contribute to the plant's sustainability initiatives.
