A reliability and maintenance system assessment focusing on upgrading and modernizing key assets, such as equipment, instrumentation, and control systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

TWD initiated an in-depth audit spanning all asset categories, from mechanical and piping to electrical, instrumentation, and safety systems. The audit's findings were encapsulated in a benchmarking report, aligning with industry best standards. A roadmap was developed, outlining opportunities identified during the audit and providing a structured implementation plan. The project further established site-specific asset criticality ranking and guidelines for asset strategy. In a collaborative effort, an asset criticality ranking workshop engaged stakeholders to assess and prioritize all site assets.
