Oxidizer System Upgrade

The primary objective is to supply oxidized asphalt to enhance the operations of the existing shingle plant. This undertaking reflects a strategic investment in upgrading and optimizing infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of asphalt processing, contributing to increased efficiency and overall operational excellence within the facility. This project comprises of design and construction of a new oxidizer system facility to provide oxidized asphalt to the existing shingle plant.

TWD provided engineering design, review, and verification of Process, Piping, Mechanical and Electrical packages. The packages included TSSA Design Registration, Procurement Package, Construction and Installation Bid Package (IFB), and Construction and Installation Package (IFC), as well as Controtrace, Heat Tracing, Modularization, and Construction execution planning.
