Property and Building Upgrades

TWD has been involved with the design and construction of mechanical and electrical system upgrades for data centres, commercial buildings, education, institutional, residential, and industrial building projects.

TWD delivered comprehensive solutions, encompassing feasibility studies, detailed design, and retrofit work to existing building systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing.  Our team executed upgrades and replacements, as well as new system designs and renovations across multiple locations.  Responding to the growing computing capacity, we also successfully upgraded various data center cooling systems. Additionally, our proactive approach extended to assisting clients in the application for and receipt of a BC Hydro Power Smart incentive bonus, demonstrating our commitment to energy efficiency and client success. The project's multifaceted nature reflects our ability to seamlessly integrate innovative designs and retrofit solutions across diverse building systems, resulting in enhanced efficiency and performance.
